My niece and I took Singapore Flyer on a showery day, but it was still an amazing experience. We'd opted for the cocktail experience, and it was everything we'd expected and more. We were looked after and pampered as if they'd never had a VIP before. We made an effort and dressed up and we weren't disappointed. From the gracious greeting to the comfort of the VIP lounge, the private capsule and the delicious cocktail, everything was perfect. There was even a little dish of nuts, and a cocktail table inside the capsule. We were also presented with souvenir boxed glasses to take home. And the views - we couldn't believe how far we could see, even on a dull day. The Singapore Straits, all the ships in the anchorage - we could almost see where we were staying on Orchard Road! A fantastic experience!

Flight Services Crew (Full & Part Time)

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

To provide a warm welcome to all visitors and ensure that they leave Singapore Flyer with a memorable experience. This includes all range of hospitality services: pro-actively guiding them to the areas of ticketing, boarding and alighting. Also to answer any queries on general topics or anything regarding the Flyer and shops or Singapore, etc. and be of help to all visitors whether they are here to visit the attractions, patronise the shops and restaurants, or attend events.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To meet-and-greet visitors and assist them in any way possible to make their visit a memorable one, including guiding visitors to the ticketing booths, the entry turnstiles and up to board the capsules for their flight
To be trained to ensure safety, and firmly but tactfully check thorough baggage / bags to prevent dangerous items from being brought into the Journey of Dreams or the Flyer capsules
To assist in checking tickets at turnstiles on Level 2
To guide visitors in the holding room just prior to boarding the capsules at Level 3 and maintain tight security there
To coordinate VIP boarding, Express Boarding, Private capsule Boarding, and all other premium products
To control the crowd and ensure proper Q-system using Tensa barriers, Q-poles, ropes and stanchions, etc
Any other duties as assigned by Management
Willing to work on shifts including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays

Qualifications & Requirements

“N” levels and above
Experience in service industry preferred
Singaporean and PR Only

For Full Time Position
- Must be able to work on rotating shifts including weekends & public holidays

For Part Time Position
- Able to work at least 3 times or more in a week including weekends & public holidays
- Students who can commit to work during school terms are welcome to apply.
