My niece and I took Singapore Flyer on a showery day, but it was still an amazing experience. We'd opted for the cocktail experience, and it was everything we'd expected and more. We were looked after and pampered as if they'd never had a VIP before. We made an effort and dressed up and we weren't disappointed. From the gracious greeting to the comfort of the VIP lounge, the private capsule and the delicious cocktail, everything was perfect. There was even a little dish of nuts, and a cocktail table inside the capsule. We were also presented with souvenir boxed glasses to take home. And the views - we couldn't believe how far we could see, even on a dull day. The Singapore Straits, all the ships in the anchorage - we could almost see where we were staying on Orchard Road! A fantastic experience!

Officer, Call Centre

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

The first contact of guests for their queries on SF’s products and services such as ticket promotions, tenants’ activities, events through the call centre.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To deliver exceptionally high standard of customer service as a Guest Relations Officer.
To perform sales transactions for premium sky dinning, flight tickets
To promote enhancement services such as premium sky dining to guests
To record and document the calls statistics for information
Any other related and miscellaneous tasks

Qualifications & Requirements

GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level and or Diploma in Hospitality Management (Tourism) or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality and attractions industry preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented with a pleasant and out-going disposition
Mandarin preferred as to deal with our Chinese speaking customers
