This attraction oozes friendly professionalism. The ticket booth on the ground floor is efficient and welcoming. Visitors with Singapore Airlines boarding pass stubs get 20% discount. Visitors are then guided upstairs past a display describing the attraction's design and construction and then past a photo point where your picture is taken for free and you can choose whether or not to buy copies after the ride. No pressure. Soon you're guided down a ramp to enter a capsule. There's a central bench that seats about 8-10 people comfortably and still leave plenty of room to walk around taking pictures without blocking other people's views.

The views are pretty spectacular. It's best to go first thing in the morning - generally clearer skies and fewer people. The capsules are air-conditioned. Fairly easy to get good photographs although at some points reflections are unavoidable.

On exit you are guided towards a gift shop where you can look at and buy your photograph if you want, or you can spend as much or as little time inspecting a wide range of souvenirs that don't seem too overpriced compared to similar items downtown.

The whole facility is scrupulously clean and well sign-posted, air-conditioned toilets are within easy reach.

Terms & Conditions

1. The “friends of Singapore Flyer” Corporate Membership is valid for one (01) year from the date of issue.
2. Each card entitles the Corporate Member to complimentary “Singapore Flyer Basic Flight” for up to 2 persons per day per year (MONDAY to SUNDAY from 8.30am to 10.30pm).
3. The Membership Card must be presented in exchange for complimentary “Singapore Flyer Basic Flight” tickets. The holder is also required to produce his/her staff pass/business card for identification purpose.
4. Complimentary “Singapore Flyer Basic Flight” is not available during block-out dates and special events as stipulated by Singapore Flyer Pte Ltd.
5. This Membership is strictly for use by staff members of the Company and their family members/guests.
6. A 20% discount will be given for venue rentals and all flight ticket types purchased onsite (up to a maximum of 5 tickets), unless stipulated otherwise.
7. Discounts/ promotions are only valid at participating tenant outlets under the “friends of Singapore Flyer” Corporate Membership Card programme.
8. Discounts are not applicable with other special offers, vouchers and/or promotions.
9. Corporate discounts are applicable for flight ticket/capsule purchases only (not applicable for in-capsule F&B).
10. All corporate entitlements are to be utilised within 12 months from the issuance date.
11. All discounts and privileges are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of participating outlets.
12. The “friends of Singapore Flyer” Corporate Membership Card does not include waiver of car parking charges.
13. Membership card will be issued 10 working days after the receipt and clearance of cheque payment. The Membership card will be mailed to the contact person and address provided.
14. Loss of membership card must be reported to Tel: 6333 3311 or email: sfsales@adval.com.sg . If this is not done, Singapore Flyer Pte Ltd will not be accountable for any consequences and any loss of benefits and/or privileges.
15. Replacement fee of $10 per card shall apply.
16. The Membership Card is the property of Singapore Flyer Pte Ltd and shall be returned upon require. The management reserves the right to reject an application and to terminate a membership without refund in the event of non-compliance of the terms and conditions herein.
