Requirements

  • Good command of English
  • Good command of additional spoken language is preferred
  •  Active personalities who love to interacting with strangers are most welcomed

Technician, Property Maintenance                       


Job Responsibilities

  • To plan and comply with the building technicians duty roster ensuring 365/16/7 coverage 
  • To maintain a “critical” spare parts inventory system;
  • To conduct daily checks on essential building services & record meter readings for utilities services;
  • To operate Building Systems and record their performance data;
  • To assist in promotional events and to attend to Customers’ requests diligently;
  • To attend to contractors including providing access, conducting site walkabout 
  • To assist to monitor performance of appointed contractors;
  • To carry out general preventive maintenance on Building Systems, including troubleshooting, defects rectifications and perform repair works as assigned.


Requirements

  • Relevant diploma or technical training in Building Services or Building Maintenance
  • Minimum 3  years of experience in a similar function 
  • Willingness to learn and or adapt to new technology
  • Confidence in operating in a varying workload, highly visible public environment.
