Before boarding, you may need to deposit your bags and/or items you are carrying at our baggage counter on Level 1.
Small bags, pouches and haversacks may be brought onboard the Flyer. You do not have to check-in these items at our baggage counter.
You can always ask our staff at the baggage counter if the bag/items you are carrying can be brought onboard the Flyer.
Items That Are Not Allowed On The Flyer
- Large bags/suitcases or haversacks
- Tripods for cameras or camcorders
- Motorcycle helmets
- Skateboards and rollerblades
- Food or beverages not provided by the Singapore Flyer
- Trolley bags
- Flammable items
- Bulky items
- Any objects which may be considered a security risk (e.g. penknives, scissors, metal nail files, toy guns and replica guns)

Location Of Baggage Counter
You can find our baggage counter on Level 1 of the Terminal building.

- Management reserves the right to confiscate objects deemed a threat to people or the Singapore Flyer.
- Singapore Flyer Pte Ltd accepts no responsibility for the loss of or damage to any objects left at the baggage counter.
- Singapore Flyer Pte Ltd reserves the rights to refuse to store any visitor's objects at its sole discretion whether for public safety reasons or any other reason.
