Baggage Counter
Before boarding, you may need to deposit your bags and/or items you are carrying at our baggage counter on Level 1.
Small bags, pouches and haversacks may be brought onboard the Flyer. You do not have to check-in these items at our baggage counter.
Ticket Booths
You will find the tickets booths conveniently located at:
- the Sky Deck above the car park
- near the link bridge on Level 2 of the Terminal
- near the entrance on Level 1 of the Terminal
Wheelchair Access
Singapore Flyer is equipped with wheelchair-friendly facilities and services to ensure visitors in wheelchairs enjoy their experience at the Flyer.

Here at Singapore Flyer, we care about your safety. To keep you and your family safe and secure at all times, we have safety features built into every capsule and airport-style security measures.
If you are driving to Singapore Flyer, you will find ample parking lots. For your convenience, we have available 280 parking lots for motor vehicles and 33 lots for tour buses.
