Before boarding, you may need to deposit your bags and/or items you are carrying at our baggage counter on Level 1.

Small bags, pouches and haversacks may be brought onboard the Flyer. You do not have to check-in these items at our baggage counter.

You will find the tickets booths conveniently located at:

• the Sky Deck above the car park
• near the link bridge on Level 2 of the Terminal
• near the entrance on Level 1 of the Terminal

Singapore Flyer is equipped with wheelchair-friendly facilities and services to ensure visitors in wheelchairs enjoy their experience at the Flyer.
