Please place your booking at least 3 working days in advance. If you would like to customise your capsule, please book at least 5 working days in advance.

All bookings are subject to availability. A 50% deposit is required to book or reserve dates.

 

Terms & Conditions

1. Discounts are applicable for all tickets and capsules. Combination of tickets is allowed.
2. Passengers must arrive at the Singapore Flyer security gate no less than 30 minutes prior to the flight time printed on the ticket.
3. 50% deposit is required to reserve the date of function. All bookings are subject to availability.
4. Outside food and beverage (including liquor) is strictly not allowed.
5. Conversion of ticket purchases to capsules is not allowed.
6. All tickets and capsules are to be utilised within 12 months from the date of issue.
7. At least 3 working days of advance booking is required. Capsules that require food and beverage, enhancements, optional services need to be confirmed at least 5 working days in advance. Please contact our sales personnel for your requests.
