  • How does the ticketing and queuing system work?
  • Walk-in customers and tour groups can buy or redeem their tickets at any of the ticketing booths at Singapore Flyer.

    Ticket holders can go directly to Level 2 to join either one of two queues. One for Singapore Flight ticket holders and another one for Private Capsule, Signature Cocktail Flight, Moët & Chandon Champagne Flight and Express Boarding ticket holders.

    To avoid the ticketing queue, purchase your tickets online now.
  • When do I have to arrive at the security gate for my flight?
  • You have to arrive at least 30 minutes before the flight time printed on your ticket for all flights.

  • If my watch is slow and I am a minute late, will I still be allowed on board?
  • The arrival time of 30 minutes before flights are set specifically to facilitate convenient boarding. Therefore we advise that you be punctual. For customers who miss their time slot, admission will be on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the management. Customers may be asked to queue again for the next available time slot.

  • Under what circumstances will Singapore Flyer cease operations?
  • Singapore Flyer will cease operations when the wind speed exceeds 10m per second. Based on the data collated, there is only an eighth-hundredth of a percent chance of wind speeds exceeding 10m per second.

    Under such circumstances, we will stop passengers from boarding the Flyer. The Flyer will continue to rotate to allow passengers onboard to disembark.
  • When do you clean the interior of the capsules?
  • Capsule interiors are cleaned daily after closing time at 10.30pm.
  • Do we have a back-up power generator to drive Singapore Flyer? If there is, how long can the supply last?
  • Yes, Singapore Flyer has a back-up power generator. It is designed to operate for at least 8 hours.
