  • When do I have to make payment by for advance booking?
  • You have to pay in full when you book online on the website. For special packages and corporate events, 50% is to be paid upon confirmation and the balance is to be paid 30 days before the event.
  • What are the modes of payment accepted?
  • Payments can be made online via the Singapore Flyer website at www.singaporeflyer.com by either VISA or MasterCard. If you are unable to pay by credit card, a cheque with the order details can also be mailed to us.

  • Will I get a refund if I want to cancel my ticket?
  • Payments for tickets and bookings for private capsules are non-refundable. You will not receive a refund or a reallocation of time if you do not show up.

    However, you can request for a change in flight date and time. You must do so at least 7 days before the flight date. Changes in date and time are subject to availability.
  • Can I purchase my tickets on the spot?
  • Yes you may. We have 3 ticket booths located within our premises.
  • What happens after I have made a booking?
  • After booking and paying online, you will receive an acknowledgement and your e-ticket via email. Just print out the e-ticket and bring it along with you to Singapore Flyer.
  • If my child is only 3 years old, do I have to buy a ticket for him?
  • No. Children who are below 3 years old may go up free.
