Terms & Conditions

• The friends of Singapore Flyer membership card is applicable for any 2 adults and up to 2 children (age 3- 12 years old).
• The friends of Singapore Flyer membership card is non-transferrable and can only be used by the rightful signatory.
• Only one membership card will be issued per successful application.
• All mail-in application requires 10 working days to process. Please collect your membership card from the Information counter near to the Promenade Foyer.
• The friends of Singapore Flyer membership card entitles the members up to one free “Singapore Flight” per person per day only, subject to flight availability. Eligible for day and night flights but not available during blackout dates and special events as stipulated by Singapore Flyer Pte Ltd.
• Discounts/Promotions are only valid at participating tenants under the friends of Singapore Flyer membership programme.
• The friends of Singapore Flyer membership card must be produced at the Information Counter (near to the Promenade Foyer) in exchange for free flight tickets.
• Singapore Flyer Pte Ltd reserves the right to decline issue of a new membership and to withdraw any existing membership at any time.
• The friends of Singapore Flyer membership card must be produced by any of the member at all times to enjoy the discounts that the membership card entails.
• Singapore Flyer Pte Ltd reserves the right to alter and amend any of the conditions of operation, including any of the friends of Singapore Flyer programme, or to terminate it any time without prior notice.
• Members are responsible for informing Singapore Flyer Pte Ltd either in person or in writing, when the friends of Singapore Flyer card is lost, stolen or when there is a change in personal particulars. If this is not done, Singapore Flyer Pte Ltd will not be accountable for any consequences and any loss of benefits and/or privileges.
• An administrative charge of $10 is payable for the replacement of any card in the event of loss or theft.
• The 10% discount off regular flight ticket price is applicable for all flight ticket types and base on subsequent ticket purchase of up to 4 tickets per day per membership card only.
• The friends of Singapore Flyer card is issued by Singapore Flyer Pte Ltd and remains the property of Singapore Flyer Pte Ltd.
• Each application for the friends of Singapore Flyer membership card must be accompanied by a non-returnable photo of at least 2 adults.
