How many capsules are there?
There are 28 capsules.
Will there be glare which will affect flights during the day?
Absolutely not, the windows of each capsule are made up of 12mm thick, UV-tinted glass. The glass not only keeps the glare out but also makes the capsule more resistant to heat.
What is inside each capsule?
Each capsule comes equipped with:
- 4 small, detachable benches
- 2 security cameras within the capsule for security purpose
- 1 fire detector
- 1 smoke detector
- 1 intercom system
Is there air-conditioning in each capsule?
Yes, each capsule has 4 independent air-conditioning systems to keep passengers comfortable at all times of the day.

The air-conditioning in the 28 capsules is also independent of each other –any problems with the air-conditioning in one of the capsules will not affect the rest.
Are there toilets in the capsules?
No, there aren’t any in the capsules. Toilets are conveniently located on Level 3 of the Singapore Flyer Terminal – where you board the capsule. You may wish to use the washroom before boarding.

I want to book a private capsule. How many days advance booking is required?
Please book your private capsule at least 3 working days in advance. If you wish to customise your private capsule (e.g. decorate your capsule), please book at least 5 days in advance. Approval is on a case-by-case basis.

It’s best to book as early as possible especially if your event:
- can only take place on a specific date or timeslot
- is during peak periods or festive seasons
- involves a large number of guests and more than 1 capsule
Are there bulk discounts for educational institutions, tour groups, etc.?

What is the refund policy?
Payments made for booking of private capsules are non-refundable. If you do not show up on the booking date, you will not get a refund.
Can I change my booking date at anytime?
You can request for a change in flight date and time. However, you must do so at least 7 days before the flight date. Changes in date and time are subject to availability.
Must I place a deposit to secure a date and timeslot?
Yes, you have to place a 50% deposit to secure a date and timeslot.

Each capsule can accommodate up to 28 people. Does that include Singapore Flyer Hosts on board?
Yes, it includes any Singapore Flyer Hosts you may have on board. If you have 2 Singapore Flyer Hosts, you may only have 26 guests.
Each capsule can accommodate up to 28 people. Are there any instances I will not be able to have 28 people in the capsule?
Yes. The size and weight of your decorations, equipment, tables and other set-up may affect the total number of people you can have in the capsule. Please speak to a Singapore Flyer Flight Planner for details.

Is S$500 worth of F&B enough for 28 people?
S$500 worth of F&B is for 26 people. There will be 2 Singapore Flyer Hosts serving the food and beverages, making it a total of 28 people in the capsule.

If you are concerned that there will not be enough food and beverage, speak to our Flight Planners. They will be able to recommend additional items from the menu for your guests.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No, you may only order from our F&B menu. Outside food and beverage, including alcoholic beverages, is strictly not allowed.
