- How much does the Friends of Singapore Flyer family package cost?
- Each package costs S$150 per year, which entitles a minimum of up to any 2 adults and 2 children per family to enjoy the ride.
- Do the members need to be from the same family nucleus?
- No, members need not be from the same family nucleus. Any 2 adults and up to 2 children (between 3 to 12 years of age) will be eligible for this membership.
- How can I include a fifth family member?
- An inclusion of the fifth or subsequent child (between 3 to 12 years of age) is chargeable at S$30 per child, while the fifth or subsequent family member (adult) will need to purchase an additional membership to enjoy the same privileges.
- Must the 4 members visit Singapore Flyer together?
- It is not necessary for the 4 members to visit Singapore Flyer at the same time. However, each member is limited to one visit per day.
- What are the benefits of being a ‘Friends of Singapore Flyer’ member?
- Friends of Singapore Flyer members enjoy the following benefits:
- Unlimited flights (1 per day) for members (2 adults & up to 2 children) for 1 year
- 10% discount on subsequent ticket purchases
- 10% discount for selected Singapore Flyer promotional events
- Email updates on latest happenings and promotions
- Free copy of in-flight Guide worth $10

- Is the 10% discount on subsequent ticket purchases valid across all ticket types?
- Yes, it is valid across all ticket types, but it is limited to up to 4 subsequent ticket purchases per day.
- Which flights are members entitled to?
- Members can take the Singapore Flights in the day or night except during blackout dates and by-invitation-only events, such as National Day Parade and Formula One.
- My third child is a toddler (age 2 and below), will he enter free?
- Yes. Any child under the age of 3 enjoys complimentary admission.
- If one of the co-member is wheelchair bound, will he be entitled to bring one assistant/helper free for the ride?
- Yes, the assistant/helper will be entitled to a complimentary flight.
- What are the Singapore Flyer promotional events?
- We will disseminate news of our promotional events through our free e-newsletter. Please sign up for the free e-newsletter at www.singaporeflyer.com.
- How can I apply for the membership?
- You can apply for the membership just by filling in the application form and sending it back to the indicated address by mail or in-person at the Singapore Flyer Information booth.
- How long does my application take to be processed?
- - For mail: Self-collection can be made at the Flyer after 10 working days. Please note that no notification will be given on collection.
- For walk-in (at Singapore Flyer): Approximately thirty minutes (including queuing for the photo-taking).
- What documents do I need to provide in the application?
- You will need to provide photographs of the 2 adults, together with their Identity Card or Passport Number clearly written on the back of the photographs. Mailed-in photographs are non-returnable.
- How many photographs can I submit per application?
- You can submit no more than one photograph per application.
- What are the sizes of the photographs that I must supply when applying via snail mail?
- For individual applicants - please provide a passport size photograph.
For Family photographs - please ensure that 2 adults are on a passport size photograph. - What file size do the photographs have to be in?
- Photographs sent via mail must be of good quality (300dpi for digital formats) and be at least passport size.
- What if I do not have a photograph to submit? Can I still apply online or via mail?
- There are no online applications at the moment. Simply fill out the form and get your photograph taken directly at Singapore Flyer. You will be informed by email or phone call once we have received your application.
- I have lost my membership card. How do I go about getting the card replaced?
- Kindly proceed to the Singapore Flyer to get a replacement card. A replacement fee of $10.00 is applicable.
- Can I do a cash top-up and upgrade my flight to Express Boarding or Signature Cocktail Flight?
- No. You may only purchase Express Boarding or Signature Cocktail Flight tickets at a 10% discount.
- What happens when my child reaches 12 years of age? Will our family still be entitled to the membership?
- When your child reaches 12 years of age, the membership will expire when the membership renewal period is up.
- Will my membership be automatically renewed upon expiry?
- No. To renew your membership, you have to submit a membership renewal form with a cheque payment enclosed. Alternatively, you can renew your membership directly at the Singapore Flyer.
- How do I cancel my membership?
- You may cancel your membership in writing and send your membership card to Singapore Flyer.
- Why do you only issue 1 card per membership?
- Each membership is entitled to only 1 card. As part of our membership terms and conditions, each member is only entitled to 1 flight per day. The card is also serialized to prevent abuse.
- Can I redeem a 10% discount on the third child when applying for the friends of Singapore Flyer membership?
- The total cost of a membership with a third child will remain at S$180 (S$150 + S$30). The 10% discount is only applicable upon future ticket purchases subject to the terms and conditions.
