FAQs on Tickets
You have to pay in full when you book online on the website. For special packages and corporate events, 50% is to be paid upon confirmation and the balance is to be paid 30 days before the event.
Payments can be made online via the Singapore Flyer website at www.singaporeflyer.com by either VISA or MasterCard. If you are unable to pay by credit card, a cheque with the order details can also be mailed to us.

Payments for tickets and bookings for private capsules are non-refundable. You will not receive a refund or a reallocation of time if you do not show up.
However, you can request for a change in flight date and time. You must do so at least 7 days before the flight date. Changes in date and time are subject to availability.
Yes you may purchase Singapore Flight tickets as well as our drinks flights - Signature Cocktail, Singapore Sling and Moét & Chandon Champagne Flights tickets over the counter. We have 3 ticket booths located within our premises.
After booking and paying online, you will receive an acknowledgement and your e-ticket via email. Just print out the e-ticket and bring it along with you to Singapore Flyer.
No. Children who are below 3 years old may go up free. However, once your child reaches the age of 3, he or she will need to buy a child ticket.
