Guests will have to pay in full for online bookings via our website. For special packages and corporate events, 50% is to be paid upon confirmation and the balance is to be paid 30 days prior to the event.
Payments can be made online via the Singapore Flyer website at www.singaporeflyer.com by either VISA or MasterCard. In order to enhance security of online transactions and safeguard the interests of our valued guests, our website accepts One Time Password (OTP) enabled cards only. If guests are unable to pay by credit card, a cheque with the order details can also be mailed to us.

Tickets and bookings are non-refundable. Guests will not receive a refund or a reallocation of time if guests do not show up. However, guests may request for a change in flight date and time provided that advanced notification is given a minimum of seven (07) days prior to the scheduled flight. Changes in date and time are subject to availability.
Yes, guests may purchase Singapore Flight tickets as well as Signature Cocktail, Singapore Sling and Premium Champagne Flight tickets directly from our ticketing counter on Level 1.
After booking and paying online, guests will receive an email acknowledgement and e-ticket. Simply print out the e-ticket and bring it along to Singapore Flyer.
Yes, children who are 3 years old and above will need to buy a ticket. Children who are below 3 years old may enjoy Singapore Flyer free of charge.
