Here at Singapore Flyer, we care about your safety. To keep you and your family safe and secure at all times, we have safety features built into every capsule and airport-style security measures.
Safety Features Of Capsules
Each capsule has a mechanical spring-loaded safety catch installed in its doors which can only be operated from the outside. The doors cannot be opened anytime during the flight from the inside.
Capsules are also equipped with 2 custom-made safety anchor points which can be activated in the event of an emergency.
Security Measures At The Flyer
Before passengers can board the Flyer, they will be required to check-in large items and any objects that could affect the safety of your flight at the Baggage Counter.
Passengers and any baggage they bring onboard will also be rigorously scanned at Level 2 of the Terminal.
Each capsule also has 2 security cameras to monitor activity inside the capsule.
In the event of an emergency, our evacuation procedures will be activated, ensuring that you are kept safe and unharmed during the event.
