Soaring 165 metres over Singapore’s skyline, the Singapore Flyer was the coolest place to experience the hottest race in town. Nowhere else was there a more unique vantage point - as the world looked on in awe, so did our guests who had a breath taking bird’s eye view of what was arguably the most exciting race of the F1 GP 2008 season.

Against the backdrop of the Singapore night sky and a million stars twinkling above, the exhilaration our guests and friends experienced on The Singapore Flyer was only matched by the exhilaration of the race itself. Jose Coelho, Operations Manager of Sonangol Asia, had this to say, “I enjoyed the excellent VIP service at Singapore Flyer's premium suite. The Champagne flight on board the Flyer was superb and unique. It was a very emotional moment for me, to see the Formula One night race action unfold before my eyes”.

And as the race wound down, the party continued to sizzle off the track at Singapore Flyer with larger-than-life parties. Fire twirlers, Samba beauties, ‘live’ race screenings, and performances by celebrities, the night ended like how it began, sizzling hot!
