National Day Parade 2009 Traffic Advisory

To facilitate the event, there will be road closures around Singapore Flyer on the following Saturdays from 9:00am to 11:30pm:

  • 20 and 27 June 2009
  • 4, 11, 18 and 25 July 2009
  • 1 and 9 August 2009

Singapore Flyer flight, F&B and shuttle service operations will remain as normal. The nearest taxi stands are available at Millenia Walk, Millenia Tower and Marina Square.

On 1 and 9 August 2009:

  • The shuttle service pick up point will be relocated to the bus stop along North Bridge Road, opposite Capitol Building. This arrangement is from 2pm to 11:30pm.  
  • On 1 August 2009: The shuttle service drop-off point will be relocated to Pan Pacific Hotel from 5pm to 9:30pm.
  • On 9 August 2009: The shuttle service drop-off point will be relocated to Pan Pacific Hotel from 3pm to 11:30pm.
  • The Singapore Flyer multi-storey car park will be closed. Alternative parking lots are available at nearby shopping malls such as Millenia Walk and Marina Square.
