JOB OPENINGS AVAILABLE
1) Full Time – Flight Services Crew
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
Provide a warm welcome to all visitors and ensure that they leave the Singapore Flyer with a memorable visit. This includes all range of hospitality services: pro-actively guiding them to Ticketing, Boarding/Alighting. Also assist in answering any queries on general topics or any thing regarding the Flyer and shops or Singapore, etc, and be of help to all visitors whether here for flights or visiting the shops and restaurants or attending events.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Meet-and-Greet visitors and assist them in any way possible to make their visit a memorable one
• This includes guiding visitors to purchase tickets, to the entry turnstile and up to boarding the capsules for their flight
• Team is to be trained to ensure safety; firmly but tactful through baggage checks and preventing dangerous items from being brought into the capsules
• Assist in checking tickets at turnstiles at Level 2
• Guide visitors in the holding room just prior to boarding the capsules at Level 3 and maintain tight security there
• Coordinate the boarding in conjunction with VIP boarding, Express Boarding,(Fast Track), Private capsule Boarding , etc
• Crowd control: ensure proper Q-system using Tensa barriers, Q-Poles, Rope and Stanchions, etc
• Any other duties as assigned by Management
• Willing to work on shifts including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
• “A” level and above
• 1 years’ experience in Crowd Management experience, ticketing, ushering, having worked in attractions industry is preferred
• Confident in facing large crowds
• Knowledge of foreign languages an asset
• Singaporean and PR Only
2) Full Time – Ticketing / Cashiering Crew
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
Using the ticketing system to ensure proper sales and issuance of tickets and accounting procedures.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide ticketing service to general public and tour groups
• Handle any related enquiries and assist Hospitality Team when required
• Reconcile with Accounts Receivable, at the end of each work day, the “takings” and report
• Willing to work on shifts including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Any other duties as assigned by Management
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
• Relevant Ticketing and Cashiering experience
• 2 years experience in selling tickets for venues, amusement centers, movie houses, ticketing agents, etc
• High Degree of Integrity, Meticulous and good with numbers
• Knowledge of foreign languages an asset
• Singaporean and PR Only
