The world's largest giant observation wheel, brilliant worth the money, which wasn't too expensive at all...The wheel is similar to the London Eye but better. Went with my husband who had a little problem with the height but still managed to take lots of photos. Wheelchair-friendly as the leaflet says and plenty of food and drink outlets. Air-conditioned in the pod. Towers at 165 metres above the sea and cityscape, also on a clear day which we had, we could see Malaysia and Indonesia. Open till late. Check their web page.

My husband booked a Champagne Flight about a month ahead of our trip, and boy, was it worth it!
Upon entering the capsule, we found chilled flutes of champagne: how amazing! We had an evening reservation, and the views are phenomenal! The club music piping through the capsule, the posh décor, the champagne, the thrill of climbing higher and higher – all added up to an amazing experience!

My niece and I took Singapore Flyer on a showery day, but it was still an amazing experience. We'd opted for the cocktail experience, and it was everything we'd expected and more. We were looked after and pampered as if they'd never had a VIP before. We made an effort and dressed up and we weren't disappointed. From the gracious greeting to the comfort of the VIP lounge, the private capsule and the delicious cocktail, everything was perfect. There was even a little dish of nuts, and a cocktail table inside the capsule. We were also presented with souvenir boxed glasses to take home. And the views - we couldn't believe how far we could see, even on a dull day. The Singapore Straits, all the ships in the anchorage - we could almost see where we were staying on Orchard Road! A fantastic experience!

We booked the Singapore Sling package online before arriving in Singapore. There was a promotion on at the time so the tickets cost approx S$55 each. We had the cabin to ourselves and the cocktail made it a very nice way to see the Singapore skyline. Definitely worth it.
