Sky View Pavilion

 

The Chinese restaurant opened its doors in January 2017 under the new name ‘Sky View Pavilion’. Newly refurbished, the restaurant helmed by Executive Chef Tang Chi Cheung offers diners traditional Cantonese cuisine, set against the idyllic Marina Bay. At 521sqm, Sky View Pavilion has two private dining rooms and seats 150, making it the perfect venue for corporate luncheons and dinners, and banquets.

About Sky View Pavilion’s Team

Helming Sky View Pavilion is a handpicked team of industry stalwarts renowned for their culinary finesse and expertise.

Executive Chef Tang Chi Cheung has been in the Chinese culinary world for an impressive 40 years, producing the finest Cantonese delicacies with influences from both Singapore and Hong Kong, where he originally hails from. Before joining Sky View Pavilion, Chef Tang was the Executive Chef of an award-winning restaurant chain in Singapore.

Sky View Pavilion’s culinary team values all guests and their feedback. Guests with unique dietary preferences need simply to inform the culinary team prior to placing their orders for the necessary changes to be made to their dishes. At Singapore Flyer and Sky View Pavilion, we provide only the best for our guests and visitors.
