You will find the tickets booths conveniently located at:
1) Promenade Foyer, Level 1 (Between Popeyes and Seafood Paradise)
2) Baggage Counter, Level 1 (Coach Bay Area)
Tickets
If you purchased your tickets online, you can go directly to the security area which is at Level 2 of the Terminal.Please bring your e-ticket with you and arrive at least 30-60 minutes before the flight time printed on your e-ticket.
With a full-priced ticket, you can enjoy our brand new attraction, Journey of Dreams (please allow at least 30-45 minutes to enjoy this gallery), and a 30 minutes flight on Singapore Flyer.
