Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • - Assist guests who call the Singapore Flyer hotline with their enquiries
  • - Manage the Guest Services Lounge
  • - Meet and greet guests who purchase premium packages that uses the Guest Services Lounge
  • - Manage feedback received from guests in person, via phone and email
  • - Collate feedback statistics into weekly and monthly reports for submission to HOD
  • - Rotating shift work is required;
  • - Any other duties as assigned by superior

Job Qualifications

Requirements:

  • - GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Levels or its equivalent
  • - Minimum 2 yrs of relevant working experience in similar role in tourism & attractions industry
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Pleasant and outgoing disposition
  • - Proficient in MS office & Internet
  • - Conversant in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
  • - Contract position(s) available.
  • - Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
