Guests may purchase tickets directly from our Ticketing Counter on Level 1.

Guests who booked Singapore Flight tickets online may proceed directly to the Flight Entrance on Level 2 with their e-ticket.

Guests who booked the Premium Sky Dining Flight, Premium Champagne Flight and Singapore Sling Flight may proceed to the Guest Services Lounge on Level 1 with a printed copy of your email confirmation.

 

Singapore Flyer will suspend its flights when wind speeds exceed 10 metres per second. Under such circumstances, our friendly staff will temporarily cease boarding. Singapore Flyer will continue to rotate to allow the disembarkation of all guests already onboard capsules.

 

Capsule interiors are cleaned daily after 10.30PM.

 

Singapore Flyer’s back-up power generator is able to sustain operations for over 8 hours.
